About Aranza
Aranza is a Spanish painter, born in Tarragona in 1983. Her passion for art history started at school, and she then progressed to studying in Barcelona. Aranza's works are in permanent movement, invention and development.
There are clear inspirations to Aranza's work, such as the work of Joan Miró which combines abstract art with surrealism, and Pablo Picasso.
Aranza's artwork features abstract and dynamic characters characterised by free and energetic linework and consistency in the rich colour palettes used. The mixed media works are fun and playful, holding great visual power. Her works feature in galleries globally, and are collected all over the world including Japan, the USA, Spain, Greece, Italy and Germany.
