‘Tyler’s work seem to have the right mix of contemporary abstract, energy, colour and an enveloping depth….’
‘His range of paintings, so energetic, so vibrant, so immense have been so, so popular…’
Born in 1969, Lee grew up in north London, taking a keen interest in art after spending many hours watching his grandmother paint. His art education began with an Art foundation Diploma at Herts college and in 1999 he graduated with a BA (Hons) in Art and Design from Hatfield University.

A full time artist Lee Tyler’s unique range of original paintings are energetic, vibrant, intense and contemporary.  Working with lead UK galleries and interior designers his work offers a unique and distinctive offering that is winning acclaim and commissions from the UK and overseas.

Now after two years perfecting the process his work is now available on Aluminium, offering a new effective medium of art 'ALUMINART'  – giving the work more depth of colour and illumination.

Tyler has been likened to Georgia O’ Keeffe - a major figure in American Art for her abstract floral paintings that received widespread recognition and as seen in Damien Hirst spin paintings, Tyler uses very organic techniques to apply the paint to the canvas, which gives them a fluid feel and causes a very natural yet dynamic impact.
